Fudgesicle Cheesecake


Crust

1 cup Oreo baking crumbs
2 tsp melted butter...
Combine, put in bottom of pan, freeze.

8oz cream cheese
2 tsp. Sugar
½ c. Canned milk
1 pkg. MILK chocolate chips
¾ tub (large tub) cool whip thawed
2 aero bars

Melt Chocolate chips with ¼ c. Of the milk, in a double boiler. Blend cream cheese with mixer, add milk and sugar. Add melted chocolate mixture and fold in cool whip. Grate one aero bar and mix well. Pour in pan over crumbs. Grate other aero bar and sprinkle over top of cheesecake. Freeze well.



ALLOW TO THAW TO EAT, BUT FREEZE ANY LEFTOVERS. ( IT SHOULD ALWAYS REMAIN FOZEN UNTIL READY TO THAW TO EAT).

  1. I have been making this for years and it's my best friend's favourite. Sometimes I add a splash of coffee liqueur or Irish cream for the grown ups.
